The RDA’s Metropolitan Planning & Traffic Engineering Department issued the NOC on May 30th, 2019. The NOC reference number is RDA/MP&TE/F-PHS-05/544. The 7,376.45 Kanal has been approved, and 17,602 Kanal is under the process of approval for the extension of the housing scheme.
PAYMENT PLAN OF CAPITAL SMART CITY
The payment plan of Capital Smart City is convenient for investors and residents. All the properties are available at reasonable rates, with an easy instalment plan. The plots can be booked with an easy 20% down payment.
Investors can save 5% on paying the 50% down payment and 10% on paying the lump sum payment when buying a residential plot. Whereas they can save 2.5% on paying the 50% down payment and 5% on paying the lump sum payment when buying villas, apartments, and commercial plots.
