Creative Director

Position Title: Creative Director
Experience: At least 8-10 years of related experience in creative direction & production with marketing agencies or corporate settings.
Qualification: Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Design & Film making 
Expert in creating marketing/advertising campaigns, integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, and print media.
Proven experience with concept development by managing the production team for both indoor and outdoor creative content production.
Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
Prior project management experience, with a focus on creative direction by managing the whole creative team.

Job description:
The ideal candidate will;
Lead the whole team of creative designers, content writers, social media experts, photographers/videographers, and video editors
Direct and develop medium and large-scale web, print, and digital marketing content including static, animated, and video content.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments in developing marketing plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities to grow.
Develop marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies.
Analyze brand tracking, market trends, and consumer needs to develop compelling content.
Meet budget standards by forecasting and managing expenses.
Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges.
