Job Description
Responsible to perform complete recruitment cycle by preparing job descriptions, posting job ads, shortlisting CVs, scheduling interviews, and maintaining CVs data bank.
Maintain employee records, both in hard files and soft data (HRIS).  
Register newly joined employees in attendance machine and monitor attendance reports regularly.
Represent the company in Job fairs and recruitment drives.
Organize and manage new employee orientation and on-boarding.
Prepare assets reports and maintain proper inventory records of company-provided laptops, mobiles, sims, etc.
Actively handle employee grievances and resolve them according to company policies.
Prepare monthly payroll.
Monitoring staff performance, punctuality, attendance, and maintaining leave records.
Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment and are provided all necessary assets to perform their duties effectively.
Responsible to collect stationery requirements monthly and provide them on time.
Supervise support staff including drivers, office boys, and janitors, and monitor their performance.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers and resolve issues related to internet, mobile and pick n drop services (provided to female staff).
Responsible to perform administrative responsibilities required to maintain the office in fully working condition.
