NOC  Approval  Approval

Kingdom Valley has received its No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency (PHATA) under approval number DRG/PHATA/2176-2021. This means the project is officially recognized as safe for investment and is part of the Naya Pakistan Housing Program. With this approval in hand, many experts believe that plot prices are likely to increase as property values rise in the future.

The NOC for Park View City was first given out on January 11, 2021, but it was revoked by the IHC’s decision in WP No. 3877/2019. After a lot of trouble, the Supreme Court of Pakistan finally gave the PVC’s NOC and LOP back on October 20, 2022.
