Lahore: The management of Lahore Smart City has shared a new discount policy as a reminder, stating that the members must clear their outstanding payments against their plots on time. So, as per the Allocation Slip, the members must clear their outstanding payments within two months from the selection of their plots to the map. As per the notice, all the members of Overseas and Executive West and Overseas and Executive Central can now have the chance to pay their outstanding payments till 20 April 2024.
Additionally, if the investors clear all their outstanding payments between 28 March 2024 and 8 April 2024, they can avail of the following discount:
- 3% discount on each due or outstanding payment of both commercial and residential plots.
- 6% discount will be provided to members on each advance instalment for both commercial and residential plots. Also, the investors will be able to get a maximum discount of 3 instalments.
Furthermore, the management of LSC has also announced the 3rd ballot acknowledgement slips. The Lahore Smart City balloting will start in May 2024, along with 2nd General balloting event.
Those investors willing to participate in the 3rd ballot for plot selection must pay their 45% residential plot payment and 35% commercial plot payment between 28 March 2024 and 8 April 2024. Once they have successfully done it, they will be able to get an acknowledgement slip.
Note: The policy mentioned above applies to cash/pay order/credit card and online transactions. Also, the discount offer is valid up to 8 April 2024.
