Punjab CM Maryam Nawaz Launches Property Transfer Service for Overseas Pakistanis

Punjab: As per the latest updates, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has launched a property transfer service for overseas Pakistanis to protect them from fraud. According to the sources, the CM took the decision during a meeting of the  Punjab Board of Revenue (BoR) on reform.

In addition, the Property Transfer Service offers services like transformation, e-filing, and land registration facilities to Overseas Pakistanis, specifically for those living in the United States (US), United Kingdom (UK), Saudi Arabia, and other Gulf nations.

Despite this update, the CM of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz, also announced some important plans to launch land facilitation centres in 11 divisions by June 30th. For this, the officials were directed to provide records regarding government land leases in Punjab.

Also, concerning the difficult situation where people lose their precious lives just for not reaching the hospitals promptly in case of an accident, the CM announced the launch of an Air Ambulance service in Punjab soon. She also promised to provide Rescue 1122 service on highways soon.
